Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests and visitors upon arrival.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate various services for guests, such as transportation, dining reservations, or activity bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
