Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests and residents, setting a positive tone for their experience.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information about local attractions, dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation within Anfield and broader Liverpool.
  • Efficiently handle guest requests, including making reservations for restaurants, theatre, tours, and car rentals.
  • Arrange and confirm various transportation services, from taxis to airport transfers.
  • Assist with luggage handling, package deliveries, and storage as needed.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain an organised and presentable concierge desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate effectively with all hotel/apartment departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, courteously, and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay informed about current events, local happenings, and new venues in Liverpool to provide up-to-date recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a guest-facing capacity.
  • Deep and current knowledge of Anfield, Liverpool, and surrounding areas (e.g., attractions, transport, dining, culture).
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive, personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
