Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and site supervisors with daily site operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help with the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on site, adhering strictly to MGC's safety policies.
  • Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including minor excavation, clearing, and setting up temporary structures.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials and completed work as instructed, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and daily progress logs.
  • Participate in site meetings and safety briefings.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or schematics.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
