Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks on site.
  • Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, backfilling excavations, and performing other general labor duties.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools under supervision, ensuring safe usage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly cleaning up job sites.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members diligently.
  • Perform general physical labor as needed to support project requirements.
