Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks on site.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, backfilling excavations, and performing other general labor duties.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools under supervision, ensuring safe usage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly cleaning up job sites.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members diligently.
- Perform general physical labor as needed to support project requirements.
Required Skills
