Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical systems, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture installations/repairs.
- Execute carpentry tasks including repairing doors, windows, furniture, and general woodwork.
- Carry out painting, plastering, and general cosmetic repairs to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Manage and prioritize daily work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Skills
