Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with various tasks on site.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Dig trenches, shovel earth, and compact ground as required.
- Perform demolition duties as directed by site management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Help with setting up and dismantling temporary structures, such as scaffolding and barricades.
- Transport materials and equipment around the site.
- Support concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing activities.
- Follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
