Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and supervision to clients in various daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist clients in attending scheduled appointments, group therapy sessions, and recreational activities.
- Observe and report changes in client behavior, mood, or physical condition to professional staff promptly and accurately.
- Engage clients in therapeutic conversations and activities, promoting positive coping mechanisms and social skills.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and therapeutic living environment for clients.
- Document client interactions, observations, and progress in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills.

- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines regarding client care and confidentiality.
