Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, especially pertinent to historic sites.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of work, compliance with designs, and adherence to environmental standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing proactive solutions.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained and maintained.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on complex projects, minimum 5 years.
