Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site clean-up, material handling and transport, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites, including scaffolding and safety barriers.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth using hand tools and basic machinery.
- Assist in the pouring and finishing of concrete, and the erection of structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
