Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review a wide range of content, including marketing materials, website copy, social media posts, internal communications, and client documents, for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency.
- Verify that all content complies with ATB Financial's brand guidelines, editorial style guides, and relevant financial industry regulations (e.g., anti-money laundering, privacy policies).
- Identify and flag potential compliance risks, factual errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and suggested revisions to content creators, ensuring adherence to standards without compromising the original intent.
- Maintain meticulous records of content reviews, revisions, and approval statuses.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to resolve content-related issues and ensure timely approvals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for content review and relevant regulatory changes.
- Assist in the development and refinement of content review checklists and guidelines.
- Escalate complex or high-risk content issues to appropriate senior staff or departments.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
Required Skills
