Job Description
This pivotal role as a Contract Administration Coordinator, reporting directly to the Project Manager, demands a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive individual ready to manage the intricate administrative facets of our contracts from their initial drafting through to final completion. Based in our Mandurah office, you will be an indispensable part of our project delivery team, ensuring all contractual obligations are meticulously met, documentation is accurately maintained, and communication flows seamlessly between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your contribution will be instrumental in upholding the integrity of our agreements, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring robust compliance across all our projects. This is more than just an administrative position; it’s an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to thrive within a supportive and collaborative environment, directly impacting our success.
Your daily responsibilities will span a diverse spectrum, encompassing the preparation of comprehensive contract documents, diligent management of contract variations, and precise tracking of progress against established contractual milestones. A core part of your role will be to maintain thorough and up-to-date contract registers, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and amendments are clearly understood and strictly adhered to by every party involved. You will actively support project managers with essential financial reporting related to contracts, meticulously monitoring expenditures, assisting with budget reconciliations, and proactively helping to resolve any contractual discrepancies or disputes that may arise. We are specifically looking for someone who possesses the foresight to identify potential contractual risks early, can communicate complex information effectively to various departments, and ensures that our entire contractual framework consistently supports our overarching business objectives while strategically mitigating commercial exposure.
Beyond the administrative duties, you will serve as a crucial liaison, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and our internal project teams. This position intrinsically demands a high degree of accuracy, an unwavering keen eye for detail, and the proven capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. You will also be encouraged to become an expert in our internal operational processes, actively contributing to and championing continuous improvement initiatives within contract administration practices. If you are passionate about precision, eager to contribute your skills to significant projects within a growth-oriented company, and ready to make a tangible impact on project success and compliance, we wholeheartedly encourage you to apply. We offer a stimulating work environment where your dedication to contractual integrity will not only be celebrated but actively developed through ongoing learning opportunities.
