Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive contract files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval, confidentiality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support the drafting of various contract documents, amendments, renewals, and terminations under the close supervision of senior administrators.
  • Monitor crucial contract deadlines, expiration dates, and key milestones, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive notification of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations, sales) to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth contract processes.
