Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to Career.zycto's brand voice, style guide, and editorial standards.
  • Verify factual accuracy and consistency within all content.
  • Improve readability, clarity, conciseness, and overall flow of written materials.
  • Suggest structural and stylistic improvements to enhance the impact and effectiveness of content.
  • Collaborate proactively with content creators, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to clarify content intent and implement revisions.
  • Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to foster continuous improvement in content quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Copy Editor, Proofreader, or similar role, preferably within the recruitment, HR tech, or corporate communications sectors.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
  • Proficiency in applying various editorial style guides (e.g., APA, Chicago, AP) and adapting to in-house styles.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across large volumes of content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how they relate to content structure and readability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
