Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling, clear, and concise copy for job descriptions, marketing collateral, website content, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants, marketing specialists, and clients to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messaging objectives.
- Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines, client branding, and adheres to SEO best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, grammatical correctness, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and development.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that effectively communicate value propositions and attract desired talent.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Continuously optimize content performance based on analytics and feedback.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
