Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content aligns with Career.zycto's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and talent acquisition teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Proofread and edit copy meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different target audiences and industry sectors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and recruitment innovations.
  • Contribute to content strategy development and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a professional Copywriter, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and clear calls-to-action that drive engagement.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
