Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently to prevent disruptions.
- Oversee facility management, coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of company meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including venue booking and catering.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems (physical and digital), and databases with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary equipment.
- Act as a primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
- Assist in budget tracking for administrative expenses and process invoices and expense reports.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
