Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update engaging and effective training programs and materials (e.g., presentations, workbooks, simulations) tailored to client needs.
- Deliver high-impact, interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, from entry-level staff to senior management, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure training initiatives align with strategic objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, adult learning theories, and best practices in corporate training and development.
- Provide coaching and follow-up support to participants to reinforce learning and ensure application of new skills.
- Manage logistical aspects of training delivery, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate training, facilitation, or learning and development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Experience in cross-cultural training or working with international teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
