Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and efficient support to corporate travellers for all travel-related inquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for travel vendors, ensuring strong relationships and resolving service-related issues effectively.
  • Monitor travel expenses and assist with expense report reconciliation, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Educate employees on travel policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the travel experience.
  • Utilize travel management software and online booking tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate travel records.
  • Prepare regular reports on travel activity, expenditures, and compliance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Stay informed about global travel trends, industry changes, and potential disruptions (e.g., weather, geopolitical events) to proactively assist travellers.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of corporate travel policies and guidelines.
  • Handle urgent travel issues and last-minute requests with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management, support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo, and online booking tools.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of corporate travel policies and expense management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
