Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service with a positive attitude.
- Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly and accurately, following all company procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service counter and surrounding areas at all times.
- Assist with stocking products/supplies and keeping inventory tidy and accessible.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services in a helpful manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines and food handling standards (if applicable).
