As a Court Filing Support specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting a diverse range of legal documents, including petitions, motions, briefs, and exhibits. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format various legal documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and guidelines.
- Accurately file legal documents with local courts, tribunals, and administrative agencies.
- Monitor and track filing deadlines, communicating proactively with legal staff regarding upcoming submissions.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all court-related documents.
- Retrieve filed documents, case statuses, and court schedules as requested.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, and assembling document packages.
- Perform quality control checks on all documents prior to filing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with couriers or personally deliver documents to various court houses as needed.
