Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process court documentation, including filing, scanning, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare courtrooms for hearings, including setting up audio-visual equipment and ensuring all necessary paperwork is present.
- Act as the initial point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries from legal professionals, the public, and internal staff, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate.
- Assist with the scheduling and diary management for court sessions, ensuring timely coordination.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, adhering to data protection and legal compliance standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle general office administration tasks.
- Liaise with judges, magistrates, solicitors, barristers, and other court personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support the compilation of statistical data and reports as required.
- Undertake any other administrative duties to support the efficient running of court services.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or office support experience, preferably within a legal or public service environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
