Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect raw crab and other seafood products upon arrival.
- Clean, cut, and process crab according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate basic processing equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Package finished seafood products accurately and efficiently for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production operations.
