JAT Logistic Mozambique is seeking a proactive and dedicated CRM Helper to join our team in Paquitequete, Pemba. Key Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and prospect information accurately into the CRM system.
- Perform regular data cleansing and validation to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Assist in generating basic CRM reports to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams related to CRM data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer data records.
- Support the implementation of new CRM features or updates as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
