Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
  • Create and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards on CRM performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Required Skills
