Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Support Assistant to join our vibrant team in Maputo. This pivotal role involves providing essential support for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring its smooth operation and maximizing its utility for our sales, marketing, and customer service departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for internal users experiencing issues with the CRM platform.
  • Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access rights.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system, performing regular data cleaning and validation.
  • Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and sales performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Document CRM processes, user guides, and FAQs to facilitate self-service and improve user adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for CRM system improvements and contribute to enhancement projects.
  • Monitor CRM system performance and report any anomalies or potential issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new CRM features or integrations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible hours.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
