Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance regarding ship facilities, activities, and destinations.
  • Actively participate in and facilitate various onboard entertainment, recreational, and educational programs for guests of all ages.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Assist with guest embarkation and disembarkation procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Promote and sell shore excursions, special events, and onboard services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and professionalism in all guest interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping, Entertainment) to deliver seamless guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures, contributing to a safe environment for all on board.
  • Collect guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including maintaining records and preparing reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and multicultural environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).

  • Formal training or certification in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience in event planning, entertainment, or recreational activities.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
