Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Assist guests with shore excursion bookings, dining reservations, and other onboard activities.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding ship services, facilities, port itineraries, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with diplomacy and efficiency, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all cruise line policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports, logs, and other administrative documents as required.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and fellow crew members.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., hotel, entertainment, dining) to ensure seamless guest services.
- Actively participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as per company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role (e.g., hotel front desk, airline, resort).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
