Key Responsibilities
- Execute proprietary cryptocurrency trading strategies across various centralized and decentralized exchanges.
- Monitor global cryptocurrency markets 24/7 (as needed) for trading opportunities and risk factors.
- Conduct in-depth technical and fundamental analysis of digital assets, blockchain projects, and market sentiment.
- Manage risk exposure and position sizing effectively to protect capital and ensure sustainable growth.
- Develop and refine quantitative trading models and algorithms to enhance execution efficiency.
- Report on market insights, trading performance, and P&L, providing clear and concise summaries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological developments in the crypto space.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance data-driven trading decisions and strategy development.
- Maintain a high level of adherence to compliance, security protocols, and ethical trading practices.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of successful cryptocurrency trading for at least 2 years.
- Expertise in technical analysis (TA) and fundamental analysis (FA) of digital assets.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, NFTs, and various altcoins.
- Proficiency with trading platforms, charting tools, and advanced order management systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent risk management capabilities and a disciplined approach to capital preservation.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and strategy articulation.
