Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon FBA product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content, for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and create FBA shipments to ensure products are consistently in stock.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and resolve FBA-related issues such as stranded inventory, reconciliation discrepancies, and customer service inquiries.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Stay updated on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align FBA strategies with overall business goals.
  • Generate regular reports on FBA performance, sales, and profitability, providing actionable insights.
  • Research competitor strategies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Specialist or similar e-commerce role (2+ years).
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
  • Proficiency in Amazon listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and other advertising strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
