Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organisation of curriculum materials, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Support Curriculum Developers in research, content review, and updating existing course modules.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to curriculum development, including scheduling meetings, maintaining digital files, and processing documentation.
  • Coordinate with instructors and subject matter experts to gather necessary content and ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of curriculum changes, updates, and versions.
  • Provide logistical support for training sessions and workshops.
  • Collect and summarise feedback on course materials to aid in continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all learning materials comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to data entry and analysis related to curriculum effectiveness and learner engagement.

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A-Levels or equivalent vocational qualifications.
