Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs.
