Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a native-level fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proven empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly and effectively.
