Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex customer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights into customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize customer insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on specific customer journeys, campaigns, and product performance to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to define data requirements, provide analytical support, and present actionable recommendations.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast customer churn, lifetime value (CLTV), and purchasing intent.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various data sources.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics, customer insights, and emerging technologies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on customer data.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with a statistical programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and modeling.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms.
