Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent (CSR) specializing in chat and calls. You’ll handle a diverse range of customer interactions, from technical troubleshooting and product information to account inquiries and general support, all while working from a dedicated home office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and phone, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents using CRM systems.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of empathy and a patient, positive attitude.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive home office environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and strong typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc degree; additional customer service training or certification is a plus.
- Experience with various customer service software and tools.
- Prior experience in a remote customer service role.
- Ability to speak multiple Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
