Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform access, account management, and service utilization, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Educate users on product features, services, and best practices to maximize their experience with Career.zycto.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams for swift resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding service expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base content.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of empathy and a patient, positive attitude towards customers.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
