Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and candidate inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support via various channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, demonstrating empathy and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, contributing ideas for new processes, tools, or services.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for service enhancement, reporting insights to relevant teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Career.zycto's products, services, and internal processes to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in tech or HR services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for active listening and clear articulation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with HR technology or recruitment platforms.
