Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer loyalty program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards on program performance, customer segments, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth customer segmentation analysis to personalize loyalty offers and communications.
- Forecast customer retention rates and customer lifetime value (CLV) based on program engagement.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for various loyalty initiatives and recommend data-backed adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to design, implement, and test new loyalty program features.
- Monitor competitive loyalty programs and industry best practices to ensure NCB's offerings remain competitive and innovative.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and loyalty program mechanics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
