Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Promptly and professionally resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs within the CRM system.
  • Provide comprehensive information about company services and offerings to clients.
  • Assist in collecting customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process client requests, forms, and applications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

  • Understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances in Ebute, Ikorodu.
