Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction and actively work to improve overall retention rates.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for remote customer service.

- Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship management role.
