Job Description

This role is for a proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing remote team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, developing strong, long-lasting relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within a remote operational framework. As a Customer Relationship Manager for our Remote Channel, you will operate entirely from your home office, requiring exceptional self-motivation, communication skills, and proficiency with digital collaboration tools. You will conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and regular check-ins, maintaining a consistent and professional presence. A key aspect of this role involves identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating closely with our sales and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that add significant value. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor within a remote environment.

  • Understand client needs and objectives deeply, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business within existing accounts.

  • Conduct virtual business reviews and performance check-ins, presenting insights and value to clients.

  • Monitor client health, proactively identifying and addressing potential churn risks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring feedback is communicated and incorporated into product and service enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management, specifically within a remote or virtual context.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in a remote setting.
