Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling Career.zycto's services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients to assess performance and plan future initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
- Provide market insights and feedback to product and service development teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity within our CRM system.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
