Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system, contributing to our knowledge base.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams, including product development and sales, to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to product functionality, support materials, or internal procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation in virtual meetings and open communication.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
