Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Associate to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, usage patterns, and potential challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate ROI.
  • Onboard new customers effectively, guiding them through product setup and initial adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and feature adoption to enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Educate customers on new product features and best practices to drive engagement and retention.
  • Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding customer needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
