Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for enhanced value, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to advocate for client needs and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor client health and usage data, identifying trends, proactive intervention points, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on new features, product updates, industry best practices, and the full value proposition of our offerings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and devising effective solutions.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, enabling genuine connection and understanding of client perspectives.

  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry, B2B client services, or tech-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to speak a second language relevant to the Canadian market (e.g., French, Mandarin, Punjabi).
