Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful initial experience and driving early adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies for retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs.
- Conduct virtual product training sessions and webinars to empower customers with the knowledge to utilize our solutions fully.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, communicating them internally to drive product improvements and service enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning additional services with client goals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive success in a remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
