Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to identify key business drivers and insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Risk) to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert management to significant changes or deviations.
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility.
- Assist in data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (minimum 3 years experience)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis
