Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and transform large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using leading BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data modeling to identify key trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders, including management and operational teams.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection, storage, and accessibility processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives through data-driven performance metrics.
- Develop and implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Present findings and insights to diverse audiences, effectively communicating the 'story' behind the data.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise with at least one leading Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry, particularly with customer behavior analysis or risk management data.
