Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can inform strategic business decisions and optimize operational efficiency across departments.
- Develop, implement, and refine robust forecasting models to predict future outcomes related to market demand, talent pipelines, financial performance, and operational capacity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, Product Development) to understand their specific data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives through effective data storytelling and impactful visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting, analytical outputs, and underlying data sources.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, new data-driven initiatives, and enhanced data collection strategies.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting techniques, recommending and implementing new tools or methodologies as appropriate.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on reporting, visualization, and forecasting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
- Demonstrable expertise in at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) for dashboard and report development.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling techniques, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and complex formulas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights, verbally and in writing, to diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in the HR Technology, recruitment, or consulting industry.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design principles.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
