Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a variety of data, including customer information, service records, and operational statistics, into designated databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, making necessary corrections and updates.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
  • Prepare and generate basic reports based on compiled data as required.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or system issues to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to company data entry guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related tasks and progress.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role (minimum 12 months).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively without direct supervision.
