Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform extensive data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key metrics, and translate them into data science projects.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and automated reporting solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences using compelling visualizations and clear explanations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply relevant techniques.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements.

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or similar analytical role.
